There are no refunds for ads canceled by the consumer once the ad has appeared on Car Buyer's Market or any of our other related sites, however we will accept a replacement ad to run for the duration of the original ad's schedule. Any errors that Car Buyer's Market is responsible for in a particular ad will be corrected as soon as possible and the length of the run will be extended by an agreeable length of time at no additional cost to the advertiser.
